How is the machinery shipping handled, and how are the costs calculated?Once you have finalized which machinery you will purchase, you can contact your freight forwarder to obtain the relevant shipping schedule and freight quote. If you do not have a freight forwarder, you can contact us, and we will arrange for an experienced shipping company to prepare a comprehensive freight plan for you.

Can I inspect the machines on-site, or have my friend do it for me?Of course. You are welcome to visit our company. We have a large inventory of used machinery available for on-site selection. If you decide to visit, please contact us, and we will arrange the reception accordingly.

Does the machinery I'm purchasing come with a warranty?Used machinery generally does not come with a warranty, and providing warranty coverage outside of China is very costly. However, we can offer technical support and spare parts support. Additionally, depending on the client's needs and the condition of the machine, we are open to discussing and potentially offering a warranty agreement.
